Greek yogurt is full of probiotic cultures, which help balance your gut bacteria. It’s also a good source of protein, calcium, B12, iodine, & potassium. Blueberries are loaded with antioxidants, which fight free radicals and aging. Power up with this quick, healthy snack!

Total Time: 5 mins | Yield: 1 serving

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Greek yogurt, whole milk plain

  • 1/4 cup protein granola, like an oats & dark chocolate variety

  • 1 handful of blueberries*

  • 1-2 teaspoons honey

Instructions

  1. Spoon the Greek yogurt into a bowl.

  2. Sprinkle the protein granola and blueberries on top.

  3. Drizzle with honey, and dig in!

* Try using frozen blueberries for a sweet treat and slightly different texture! Frozen blueberries are a great addition to many recipes. I like to buy fresh blueberries and freeze them myself—I prefer the taste of “freshly-frozen” blueberries versus the pre-frozen bags you can buy at the store. They also make less of a mess when you freeze them yourself.
