Yogurt, Granola & Blueberries
Ingredients
3/4 cup Greek yogurt, whole milk plain
1/4 cup protein granola, like an oats & dark chocolate variety
1 handful of blueberries*
1-2 teaspoons honey
Instructions
Spoon the Greek yogurt into a bowl.
Sprinkle the protein granola and blueberries on top.
Drizzle with honey, and dig in!
* Try using frozen blueberries for a sweet treat and slightly different texture! Frozen blueberries are a great addition to many recipes. I like to buy fresh blueberries and freeze them myself—I prefer the taste of “freshly-frozen” blueberries versus the pre-frozen bags you can buy at the store. They also make less of a mess when you freeze them yourself.
